Description

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is a wireless technology optimized for low power consumption and short bursts of data transfer. It allows devices to run for months on small batteries by spending most of their time in a sleep state, making it ideal for IoT devices like fitness trackers and sensors.

The thesis of [Schnor2025] demonstrates that protocol state fuzzing can also be applied to wireless network protocols by learning the models of multiple Bluetooth Low Energy network stacks. The models learned in this thesis are provided in the benchmark.
